Terms of Service

Users refers to all persons who use the Service.

1. Users shall agree to these Terms, and those who do not agree shall not be permitted to use the Service.
2. Users shall be deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms at the time they apply for jobs, make inquiries, or browse information through the Site.

The Cooperative may suspend all or part of a User's use of the Service (including deletion of posts, if the relevant action pertains to posting reviews, comments, or other information) if the User engages in any of the following actions or falls under any of the following circumstances while using the Service.

1. When the User violates these Terms
2. When it is discovered that the User has previously violated these Terms and had their use of the Service restricted
3. Actions that infringe or may infringe upon the intellectual property rights (copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, industrial property rights, etc.) and other rights of other Users, third parties, or the Cooperative, whether on or off the Service
4. Actions that infringe or may infringe upon the property, credit, or privacy of other Users, third parties, or the Cooperative, whether on or off the Service
5. Actions that cause or may cause disadvantage to other Users, third parties, or the Cooperative, whether on or off the Service
6. Actions that defame or cause displeasure to other Users, parties entrusted with the operation of the Service by the Cooperative, other third parties, or the Cooperative, whether on or off the Service
7. Actions that constitute or may constitute the buying, selling, or transfer of personal information of other Users or third parties
8. Actions that violate public order and morals, actions that may do so, or actions that facilitate such violations
9. Actions that provide information contrary to public order and morals to other Users or third parties
10. Actions involving the buying, selling, transfer, or posting of obscene information or information deemed harmful to minors, or actions that facilitate such activities
11. Actions that violate laws relating to the prevention of transfer of criminal proceeds, including money laundering
12. Actions that violate laws, criminal actions, actions that may constitute such, or actions that aid and abet them
13. Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service or other services provided by the Cooperative, or actions that damage the Cooperative's credibility or reputation
14. Actions involving the use or provision of harmful programs such as computer viruses through or in connection with the Service
15. Actions involving sending, receiving, or displaying information while impersonating another person
16. Actions that allow third parties to use the Service without the Cooperative's permission
17. Actions that illegally alter information entered by other Users, third parties, or the Cooperative on the internet
18. Actions involving unauthorized access to the Service's servers or other computers
19. Actions involving the provision of information that is or may be contrary to fact through the Service
20. When the User is found to be an organized crime group, organized crime group member, a person for whom less than 5 years have passed since ceasing to be an organized crime group member, an associate member of an organized crime group, a person belonging to an organized crime-affiliated enterprise, a corporate extortionist, a person pretending to engage in social movements, a member of a special intelligence violent group, a terrorist, a person designated as a target of economic sanctions by the Japanese government or a foreign government (collectively referred to as "organized crime group members, etc."), a symbiont of organized crime group members, etc., or any other equivalent person (collectively referred to as "anti-social forces"), or when the User is found to have any relationship with anti-social forces, such as being an officer or employee of a corporation in which anti-social forces are substantially involved in management
21. When any other action is taken that the Cooperative deems warrants suspension of the Service

1. The Cooperative may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if any of the following events occur, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties due to such suspension.

   1. (1) When maintenance or inspection of equipment or systems for providing the Service is performed
   2. (2) When the Service is suspended due to computer or communication line accidents
   3. (3) When the Service's systems are compromised by computer viruses or other causes, and there is a risk of damage to Users, the Cooperative, or third parties
   4. (4) When operation of the Service becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, earthquake, natural disaster, system failure, etc.
   5. (5) When the Cooperative otherwise deems suspension necessary
2. The Cooperative does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, usefulness, etc. of job information provided on the Site, and Users shall use it at their own responsibility.
3. The Cooperative does not guarantee that Users will not suffer damage from harmful programs such as computer viruses when using the Service.
4. The Cooperative makes no guarantee whatsoever regarding the operation of any equipment or software used by Users when using the Service.
5. The Cooperative shall not bear any communication costs incurred by Users when using the Service.
6. The Cooperative shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties through the use of the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Cooperative.
7. Users shall confirm the usage instructions presented by the Cooperative on the Site at their own responsibility when using the Service, and the Cooperative shall not be liable for any operational errors by Users.
8. The Cooperative shall not bear legal liability for damages suffered by Users in connection with the use of the Service, including cases where the Service is interrupted, suspended, or terminated due to force majeure or other reasons not attributable to the Cooperative's intent or gross negligence, where the content of the Service is changed, where messages or information sent by Users to the Cooperative are lost, or any other cases.

Users shall not transfer, sell, or lend their rights to receive the Service to any third party.

The Cooperative shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service appropriately in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" separately established by the Cooperative.

1. The Cooperative may revise (including changes and termination; the same shall apply hereinafter) these Terms or the Service content in order to ensure the sound operation of the Service, or due to changes in partnership conditions with partner businesses or termination of partnerships.
2. When these Terms are changed, the Cooperative shall announce the changes by posting the revised Terms on the Cooperative's website.
3. If, after the announcement referred to in the preceding paragraph, a User continues to use the Service without objection, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revision of these Terms or the Service content, and the revision shall be applied from the date specified in the announcement.
4. The Cooperative shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of revisions to these Terms or the Service content.

1. Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
2. In the event of a dispute relating to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Cooperative's head office shall be the exclusive agreed-upon court of jurisdiction.
